Third-party services may be used to process payments, and by submitting your information, you authorize the Company to share payment details with these providers, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Payment Plan Option
Some Products may be purchased through a payment plan. Selecting this option means your card will be charged for the initial payment at checkout, with subsequent payments processed on the same day each month until the plan is fully paid.
If a payment fails, you must provide an alternative payment method promptly. Failure to do so will result in access being revoked five days after the missed payment, including removal from any course platform. All Product materials must be immediately deleted from your devices, and you will not receive access to future updates until full payment is made.
Accounts with delinquent balances exceeding 60 days, or accounts where a chargeback is initiated, may be reported to credit agencies or collections at the Company’s discretion. Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be canceled nor partial-access programs, they are offered solely for convenience to help manage the cost.
Refund Policy
If a purchased Product does not meet your needs, you may request a refund by emailing info@qualitymedacademy.com within 14 days of purchase. The Company will instruct the payment processor to issue a refund, which will be applied to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment processor, which the Company cannot control or expedite.
Payment plan customers who miss the refund window are required to complete all remaining payments. Any issues with accessing, retrieving, or downloading Product(s) should be reported immediately to info@qualitymedacademy.com.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period, in whole or in part. If a chargeback is initiated, the Company may report the outstanding balance to credit reporting agencies or collections at its discretion.
Upon receipt of a refund, your license to use the Product and any related materials is immediately revoked. By accepting a refund, you agree to immediately stop using and delete all Product materials from every device, including videos, audio recordings, forms, templates, checklists, guides, slide decks, and other resources.
Product Access & Availability
Term of Access
For Products delivered via an online course platform or sharing link, your access begins immediately after your purchase is completed and will continue for the lifetime of the Product, but not for less than 90 days. QualityMed Academy reserves the right to discontinue any Product and revoke access at any time for any reason. No refunds will be issued if a Product is discontinued. The Company does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any Product. If a Product is discontinued, you will receive 30 days’ notice and the opportunity to download specific materials before access ends.
Availability
The Company does not own the third-party platforms or communities used to deliver the Products. Access may occasionally be interrupted or delayed due to factors beyond our control. Because of the nature of the internet and electronic communication, we cannot guarantee that the Product, related resources, or services will be completely free from errors, interruptions, or design defects. QualityMed Academy is not liable if access to the platform, community, resources, or services becomes unavailable, delayed, or interrupted for any reason.
Confidentiality
All information you provide will be kept private except as described in these Terms or in the Privacy Policy. As a purchaser, you may gain access to a community of other users. You agree to respect the privacy of all other participants and not share any information from other members without their explicit written consent.
You also agree to protect the Company’s confidential information. The content in the Product(s) includes proprietary methods, forms, templates, and other materials. You agree not to share this information with anyone outside of QualityMed Academy and other purchasers of the Product.
Your Materials and Contributions
If you submit comments, photos, videos, or any other materials to the Company through the Product or otherwise, you grant QualityMed Academy a non-revocable, commercial license to use, reproduce, or publish your submissions in whole or in part, unless you explicitly specify otherwise. By participating, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy regarding your actions in accessing the Product or related materials, and the Company may disclose your participation.
You must own the copyright to any images submitted in connection with the Product(s). By providing images voluntarily, such as profile pictures on social media or other submissions, you grant the Company a non-revocable, commercial license to use those images and likenesses for reasonable business purposes. The Company is not required to notify you or any third party when it uses these images in its publications or marketing materials.
Intellectual Property
The Product(s) include intellectual property that belongs to QualityMed Academy, such as trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other protected content, including text, videos, graphics, designs, logos, images, and compilations of these materials. The Company’s name, logo, slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are registered or common law trademarks of QualityMed Academy or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use any of these trademarks without prior written permission from the Company. All rights to the trademarks, copyrights, service marks, and other intellectual property contained in the Product(s) are reserved by QualityMed Academy.
All other names, logos, product or service names, designs, and slogans included in the Product(s) belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. As a condition of your purchase and use, you agree to comply with all copyright and intellectual property protections. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to access and use the Product(s) for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not modify (except as required for completing or filling out templates or forms for authorized use), reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Product(s) or use the content to offer competing products or services.
The content in the Product(s) is not intended for resale. You are not authorized to delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices. Your use of the intellectual property is limited to personal or internal business purposes unless you have explicit written permission from the Company or copyright holder. No ownership rights in the intellectual property are transferred to you, and the Company does not grant any licenses beyond those expressly stated. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license. If you violate these terms, access to the Product(s) will end immediately, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that any violation or threatened violation of the Company’s intellectual property or confidential information may cause irreparable harm. In such cases, QualityMed Academy may seek injunctive or equitable relief to enforce these Terms without waiving any other legal remedies. You consent to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts in California for the resolution of any such disputes.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Company makes no guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Product(s). The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, death, lost profits, business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental injuries, loss of income or revenue, loss of business or data, or other damages, even if foreseeable or caused by negligence or breach of contract. The Company’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the purchase price you paid for the Product(s).
No Warranties
The Products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, correct, safe, or free from viruses or other harmful components. No representations are made regarding the use or results of the Products in terms of accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or effectiveness.
Non-Disparagement
If you engage in slander, libel, or any other actions that disparage the Company, its Products, or related materials, your access to the Products will be immediately terminated. The Company also reserves the right to pursue legal action against you for any conduct that causes material harm to the Company.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, settlements, costs, expenses, or fees, including attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Products, or your failure to protect the confidentiality or security of your account, password, or access rights. You agree to provide reasonable assistance to the Company at no cost if requested, including providing information, documents, records, or access needed to defend against any claims. You may not settle any third-party claims or waive defenses without the Company’s prior written consent. You acknowledge that the Company’s owners, officers, employees, shareholders, trustees, affiliates, and successors are not personally liable for any actions or representations made by the Company.
Force Majeure
The Company will not be considered in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, or explosions; government actions, wars, invasions, or hostilities, whether declared or not; terrorist acts, riots, civil unrest, national emergencies, revolutions, or insurrections; pandemics or epidemics; strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes; and disruptions affecting carriers, supplies, telecommunications, or power. Under such conditions, the Company is excused from performance to the extent directly affected by the event.
Changes
The Company may update, revise, or add new terms to these Terms of Purchase at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting and will become part of these Terms. By continuing to use the Product(s) after such updates, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. Updates may be posted in a location accessible to you, or you may receive notification via email or postal mail. Effect of Headings; Severability
The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not influence the interpretation of its provisions. If any part of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that portion will be interpreted in a way that most closely achieves its intended purpose while remaining lawful. The remainder of the Terms will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.
Entire Agreement; Waiver
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, represent the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the Product(s) and override any prior agreements, understandings, or representations. If the Company waives any breach of these Terms or any associated rights, it does not constitute a waiver of any other breaches or rights, either past or future. Any waiver must be provided in writing by the Company to be valid.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
You agree to first inform the Company of any concerns or disputes related to the Product(s) and to allow the Company the opportunity to address and resolve them. If a resolution cannot be reached through good-faith discussions, you agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. Participation in such Mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution in good faith is a required step before filing any civil lawsuit.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product(s) must be filed exclusively in the courts of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or other jurisdictional reasons.

5. Refund Policy – QualityMed Academy
If you determine that a Product you purchased from QualityMed Academy is not suitable for you, please contact us at info@qualitymedacademy.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. The Company will then instruct our payment processor to issue a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used, such as your credit card. Please note that the Company does not control the payment processor and cannot accelerate the refund process.
For purchases made under a payment plan, if a refund is not requested within the 14-day window, you are obligated to complete all remaining payments under your plan.
If you encounter any problems accessing, downloading, or retrieving your purchased Product(s), notify the Company immediately at info@qualitymedacademy.com.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund period under any circumstances. If you attempt to initiate a chargeback after this period, the Company reserves the right to report any outstanding balance to a credit reporting agency or a collections service at its sole discretion.
Upon receiving a refund, your license to access and use the purchased Product(s) and associated materials is immediately revoked. By requesting and accepting a refund, you agree to stop using and permanently delete all materials related to the Product(s) from all your electronic devices. This includes, but is not limited to, video and audio recordings, forms, templates, checklists, guides, slide decks, and any other resources provided with the Product(s).
